Our Team led by on of the most active tourism and social pioneer in Nepal, Mr. Ramesh Dhamala who found the company under the philosophy of People First and Customer Oriented. As a chairman of the company, he has been dedicated himself in promoting eco-tourism and create community awareness, exploring and plan for new trekking route, cooperating with INGOs and schools to conduct voluntary service in the filed of education, medical care and cultural exchange in the remote areas of Nepal.

Mr. Rakesh Dhamala servers as the Managing Director to be responsible for overall business operation and overseas marketing development. He is well-known in Asia market, such as Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and so on by his specialty on various languages and trekking experience.  Under his strong leadership and high demand of service quality, the team of Ecological Treks is all professional and encouraged to bring unique experience to each customer.

Our staff are confident, experienced and comprehensive to make your idea trip turn into unforgettable memories. We have taken local talents as our great asset to run the company, the welfare and development of our staff is included in company policy. All of porters and guides are trained from ground level at their early age, health check and skill training is running annually to ensure our promised quality service is delivered.
