Royal Treks is named because Prince Charles trekked here. This is an easy short trek that offers good mountain views, ridge walking, forests, rice fields, and several villages. In the summer, the river may be difficult to cross due to flooding. After crossing the river the trail starts to ascend to Kalikasthan. A walk along the mountain ridges provides spectacular views of Annapurna and Lamjung Himal. The route goes through Gurung village, rhododendron and Sal forests. Half way through the walk, there is a 400 meters descent followed by a 600 meters climb to Chisopani. This is the best point from which to view the Himalayan panorama. You will see Dhaulagiri to the west of Annapurna.

Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu (1300m.)
Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing tour
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara valley (823m/2,700ft), 7-8 hrs drive
Day 04: Pokhara to Kalikasthan (1,370m/4,496ft)
Day 05: Kalikasthan to Syaklung (1,730m/5,675ft)
Day 06: Syaklung to Chisapani (1550m/5,084ft)
Day 07: Chisapani to Pokhara
Day 08: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu, 7-8 hrs drive
Day 09: Departure Farewel
