PATA urges collective environmental efforts
After the gloomy outcome of the Copenhagen climate change conference, the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) has come forward with a need to increase respective efforts to become "greener" by reducing the carbon footprint collectively.
The Himalayas are described as the "king of the rocks" in ancient scripture. Many peaks are considered a home of the gods by local people. They are a virtual paradise for nature lovers and are a source of endless research and information to Scientists.
